CQC Report
The Care Quality Commission rated BEMS ‘Good’ overall after a May 2019 inspection, with ‘Good’ ratings in Safe, Effective, Caring, and Responsive, and ‘Outstanding’ in Well-led.
As part of the full report, CQC observed that BEMS played a vital role in the community, promoting health and delivering high-quality, person-centered care. Patient feedback was consistently positive, and strong leadership fostered a culture of continuous improvement and staff motivation.
